Tom McCarthy will be giving a talk about his work in Parveen Adams’s series of ‘Artists’ Talks’ at the Architectural Association on Friday 12th March. He will be talking specifically about his writing in relation to film, which is the main theme of the series:

Tom McCarthy is a writer and artist who lives in London. He won the 2008 Believer Book award for his novel, Remainder. He has also published Men in Space and C, to appear later this year. The discussion will focus on the relation between literature and film – Remainder is being made in to a film and C contains a big film-strand.
